Thousands of rides are made in France, Belgium, Morocco, and Algeria everyday. We are now expanding our business in Angola 🚀. Heetch Africa team Our ambition is to become the french and portuguese speaking countries ridesharing leader in Africa. It's a big challenge since the markets are all very different and we'll have to adapt locally to different cultures and regulation. Our mission ? There are too many cars on the road due to car ownership and company vehicles which are pretty common. Let's get rid of those cars and offer a friendly ride-sharing platform ! What will you do? Accounting You will work closely with many stakeholders regarding the business administration: country manager, accountants, suppliers… And help in the day-to-day running of Heetch Angola by doing: Payment of the drivers and the money collection Handling the relationship with our local accounting partner Handling the supplier's payment and billing HR You'll handle and prepare all documents linked to our activity in Luanda and to the Angolan team, including: Pay the wages and create the pay slips, expense reports and their reimbursements. Health insurance policy Office Management Organizing the events that take place at the office and all the company's trips. You'll put in place rituals and activities to make sure that the well-being and the cohesion at the office is great Work with the suppliers, optimize the costs, and control the budget Keep the offices nice and clean: create the rules and process so that the offices are respected and are a good place to work.
